DescriptionWill send the pattern guns to the Committee. Is not sure what to advise about Joseph [Farmer] who is apparently affected by the hotness of the climate and by drinking [in Africa]. The assignees have come to no resolution but have sold sugar which had been consigned to Farmer, and plan to auction his furniture. They will not permit his wife to have some linen she wanted from the house or pictures of the family.
