| Title | Indenture between Thomas Baldwin, gent., Sarah Phipson, wife of Joseph Weatherley Phipson, chemist, the said Joseph Weatherley Phipson, Daniel Ledsam, dealer in metals, Charles Shaw, merchant, and Peter Kempson dealer in metals, all of Birmingham, the said Daniel Ledsam, Charles Shaw and Peter Kempson being assignees of the estate of the said Joseph Weatherley Phipson, late a bankrupt, Thomas Gilbert of Kingsnorton, gent., James Russell of Birmingham, surgeon, and William Taylor of Keynsham, co. Somerset, esq., being a release to the said James Russell upon the trusts declared in the will of Charles Tayler of Birmingham, esq., deceased of lands which were formerly part of Hazlewell Hall Farm and other lands in the parish of Kingsnorton. With certificate, dated 12 August, 1836, from Commissioners appointed for taking the acknowledgment of deeds of married women of the acknowledgment by Sarah Phipson of the said release and of the lease for a year dated 18 July, 1836 of the same premises. |
