Glouc., maltster, being a release of a messuage, lands and appurtenances in Twyning, co. Glouc., to the said William Diston to hold for trusts recited and covenant to levy a fine. With declaration by John Phillpotts of Gloucester, barrister at law, concerning the non-execution by the said Samuel Turner of the said indenture owing to residence in India.
