| Description | Recording of part of a meeting of the Blind Integration Group. Those attending discuss the rules of the meeting, and the aims and agenda of the group. They go on to discuss their constitution and manifesto and the importance of addressing the needs and vulnerabilities of people with visual impairment in the manifesto. The group listens to a recorded programme about visual impairment and goes on to discuss the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) and the attitudes of sighted people. The meeting looks critically at the manifesto and discusses the importance of standing up to external pressure to achieve their goals (tracks 1-20).
