| Description | Recording of part of a meeting of the Blind Integration Group to discuss the manifesto and other matters. The group votes on acceptance of their manifesto and after a conversation at the teabreak discuss their campaign work which includes sending an open letter to Members of Parliament and the media. They listen to further recordings, presumably made by a member of the group, consisting of an open letter setting out the group's position. Some members of the group are concerned about being identified and possible reprisals. The group goes on to discuss record keeping, finances and costs, and subscriptions and membership, the operating council and its members, and there is also some discussion on the availability of training in use of the long cane (tracks 1-20)
