| Description | Interview with Mr Vincent, a teacher at Birmingham College of Art. He continues to discuss his plans for adapting design teaching and equipment for blind students and describes experiments he has undertaken in this area to develop his understanding and his plans to produce a visual aids book for the blind with raised illustrations and to instruct other teachers in his methods of working out perspective. He explains his long term hope to enable blind people to carry out design work independent of sighted people and his determination to use his skills to those ends. He talks about some of the drawings and designs used in teaching and the different results achieved by blind and sighted people and discusses interpretations of graphic form.
