She describes her daily routine during the week and the different activities she takes part in, and expresses her dislike of the monotony of some of the jobs she has to do, such as dismantling telephones and doing basketwork. She talks about having training in childcare at Wellington Sunshine Home and discusses not having enough opportunities to do more mentally demanding jobs. She gives her opinions about how blind schools should be run to give students real opportunities to train to do interesting jobs. She talks about some of her friends who have had placements at the Cadbury factory and at the General Hospital and whether they enjoyed their time there (tracks 1-5).
