Interview with unidentified man working as a newspaper correspondent and photographer who discusses his experiences of being arrested on suspicion of being an insurgent and attending a political meeting, being beaten by the police and being held down in a police jeep and taken to the police station. He goes on to describe being stripped, beaten, interrogated and tortured, and forced to sign a false statement of confession to implicate other political activists. He also describes witnessing the ill treatment of other detainees held in his cell, including an elderly couple and their daughter who were imprisoned and beaten because the police were looking for the couple's sons, and the aftermath of the rape of the woman and her daughter. He goes on to discuss the vandalising of a taxi driver's car by the police, and the assault of the driver (tracks 2-15).
