DescriptionTracks 1 to 8 concern Banner's interview with Jagmohan Joshi.
Track 9 is blank.
Tracks 10-14 relate to Charles Parker's coaching of speakers concerning Prince Edward Island and the Atlantic migration of the 19th Century.

Tracks 1 - 8 record Joshi discussing the slave trade. He also considers racist attacks on black people and observes that whilst many people in India are appalled at such attacks on their compatriots in Britain, the Indian ruling class do not act against the British government. Joshi comments that racism is not a new experience for people in Britain, but that Enoch Powell has made racism 'acceptable'. He considers that whilst black people may form vigilante groups as a form of black defence, this is not permanent feature, but will emerge as circumstances demand. There is a discussion on the dangers of forced repatriation and also the likely impact of the forthcoming Nationality Act (1977) on dual nationality. The sometimes ambivalent attitude of the labour movement to Black people is considered, and double standards towards immigrants are identified (Turbans are seen as a safety hazard in factories, yet sikh soldiers were willingly allowed to wear them for Britain in World War Two. Racists call for repatriation yet enjoy curry meals.)

Tracks 10 - 14 appear to be from another recording (possibly being remnants of previous recordings on the reel to reel tape). Charles Parker coaches two people through pre-arranged speeches. The first is an unidentified man describing land holding and tenant farmers, and he also reads out the last will and testament of James Yeo of Prince Edward Island (Canada) 14 July 1868.

Parker also coached Christine French of Kilhampton, Cornwall in reading a script about the (unspecified) Atlantic Migration of the 19th Centrury.
