The role of drug companies in influencing drug prescribing patterns is noted and reference is made to a communist pamphlet 'Take the Pill' which considers the drugs industry (Tracks 13 -14).

Tracks 14 - 15 record John Robson giving a personal, employment history. He also discusses the background to the British United Provident Association (BUPA) and its current role within the health service.
