| Description | Tracks 1 - 15
Tracks 1 to 9 are a continuation of Charles Parker's interview with Doctor Park, in which medical ideas and practices are suggested as dramatic devices for 'Doctor Healey's Casebook'.
Tracks 10 -14 record the views and experiences of Francis Smith and Pam (?) at Norton Grange care home for the elderly. Track 10 describes the routine existence of old people in the home and a need for more stimulating activities is identified. Past and present management attitudes to union representation at the home are noted and details of a dispute over a handyman are provided (Track 11). This is just one example of the adverse effect of public expenditure cuts at the home. Problems with laundry and hygiene services are noted, and staff reductions.
