Track 15 concerns reports from various sections, including Norton Grange's campaign to get vacancies released.
Tracks 16 - 19 consider the ongoing dispute between NUPE and NALGO in Birmingham over membership. Allegations made by NALGO of NUPE 'poaching' social workers have been referred to NUPE's head office. Comments are made that Birmingham Social Services Department has been inappropriately releasing staff union details to NALGO. (Track 19).
