| Description | In this letter Janet remarks that there had been many mistakes in the last letter which she had received from Elizabeth. She notes that the family had rearranged the children's bedroom at home and describes the new layout of the furniture. Janet writes that a friend called Sydney Smith had returned home, adding that she wanted to invite him for tea. She also comments on plans to develop the Taylor's home in Sunbury, remarking on numerous visits by men with plans. Janet concludes her letter with a brief account of her forthcoming activities, and remarks about how much she was missing Elizabeth.
