DescriptionPastor T. E. Titmuss was the Minister of the Redhill Baptist Tabernacle. Titmuss writes that he had once given an address broadcast as part of the BBC's Sunday Evening Service, adding that the letters he had received following his address had been of great interest to him.

Titmuss, who had lived in Birmingham until 1925, remarks that he owed much to Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury's late husband George Cadbury. His letter also offers 'sincere congratulations' to Taylor Cadbury on her Presidency of the National Free Church Council between 1925 and 1926, remarking that she had 'enriched the traditions of the office.' Titmuss concludes his letter by commenting on his own ill health.
