Description
In this letter Ethel Chandler expresses her excitement at learning from the 'Daily Graphic' that Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury was standing for election as the Liberal Party Member of Parliament for Kings Norton. She remarks on some papers which Taylor Cadbury had sent to her and remarks on her work for C.O.P.E.C., the Conference on Politics, Education and Citizenship which was held in Birmingham in 1924. Chandler concludes her letter with remarks about the national political situation.
