| Description | Whilst staying in India Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury visited the Friends' Mission at Itarsi in Central India to learn about Quaker mission work in the country. Following her return to England Taylor Cadbury donated money to the hospital founded by the Friends' Mission to fund their purchase of a travelling dispensary and ambulance which would allow the hopital to provide medical services to surrounding villages. This section contains correspondence relating to Taylor Cadbury's donation and the work of the Friends' Mission. |
