| Description | This small leatherette covered volume is a Walker's diary for the year 1907. The front pages of the diary feature a calendar which has been annotated with ink lines in some places. The diary includes daily entries written by Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury in ink. These entries vary in length and detail. Each page features a box entitled 'memo' which has been used by Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury to continue details relating to daily events or left blank. One of the pages at the back of the diary entitled 'Memoranda' feature notes written in ink by Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury relating to books and addresses, possibly providing details of people to whom she was sending reading material. Subsequent pages have been left blank. A printed colour advertisement for 'The Empire Guarantee and Insurance Corporation Limited' is attached to the last page in the diary. |
