DescriptionIn this letter Elizabeth Taylor writes that she was concerned about being away from home after receiving a letter from her mother telling her how tired she was. She asks her mother about the 'great panic' on the stock exchange which she had read about in a weekend newspaper. Elizabeth describes a gingerbread fayre which she had seen and includes comments about her recent home visits and Bible meetings. She also remarks that she was going to teach a class of men at the night school whilst one of the teachers was away.
