| Level | Item |
| Date | 1910 |
| Description | Two black and white photographs mounted together on the same backing sheet showing George Cadbury, Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury and their youngest daughter Ursula (Elizabeth Ursula Cadbury) laying the foundation stone at Bournville Infant School. The top photograph shows Ursula Cadbury, George Cadbury and Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury at the building site for the new school with the foundation stone. The photograph underneath shows the Cadburys accompanied by a small gathering, including the architect W. A. Harvey (far right) who designed the school. It is possible that the other people shown in the photograph were teaching staff from Bournville Elementary School or from the temporary Bournville Infant School which had been established in Ruskin Hall in 1904. |
