| Description | This section features photographs relating to the bronze bust of George Cadbury which was was put on permanent display at the Friends' Meeting House in Bournville in 1924. The bust commemorated George Cadbury's contribution to the village as the Founder of Bournville. The bust was unveiled by Barrow Cadbury at a public ceremony on 19th September 1924, the anniversary of George Cadbury's birthday. George Cadbury's second wife Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury and other members of his family attended the unveiling ceremony. |
